Click here to listen to this talk Tope started from Joshua 5:13 saying that before they approached Jericho, Joshua had seen a man standing in front of him with a drawn sword in his hand. The man had a message from God for Joshua. Tope said that God delivers by miracles; His people are destined by promises and are sustained by the Supernatural. Tope also said that we all have a Jericho in our Christian lives and the difference is what we do when we are at the base of Jericho. You face it, retreat from it or sit down at its feet.

Click here to listen to this talk Adrian talked about Prayer. We come to the God who answers our prayers. We looked at Elijah's prayer in 1 Kings 18v36 as an example to us today. God answers with provision. All things are possible with God, and He answers when times are tough.

He used the Corinthian church as an example, with its divisions, legal suits, immorality, abuse of communion and spiritual gifts, quarrels, jealousy, and all manner of worldly thinking. Tempted as we might be to write them off, Paul didn't. Rather he sorted them out by firstly reminding them of who they were, then whose they were. Lastly he talked about love that seeks the interests of others above our own..

Click here to listen to this talk, in which Dave brought a timely and prophetic word about sacrificial giving - not knowing that we were having a Gift Day this last Sunday. He spoke about the current financial crisis and the impact it's having on our security and lifestyle. He challenged us with the question, "Where Is Your treasure?", and followed it up with the encouragement, "Don't Worry!" This is a time to be dependent upon God, and we demonstrate our dependence by sacrificial giving.

Ray challenged us to be people who know our covenant with God, and go out against overwhelming evil, confident of victory because God is committed to us through our covenant with Christ. - "Gideon" - Colin Potter's message at Reloaded also on 18/11/07 from Judges 6:7-16. Click here to listen to this talk which was remarkably similar to Ray's talk in the morning. Again Israel was oppressed by overwhelming evil, but Gideon was called to "Go in the strength you have, because I (God) will be with you". Let's be asking the Lord what He's saying to us and - more particularly - how we He wants us to respond.
